NearMeet does not charge users for any feature, service, or access. Since there are no payments made to NearMeet, there is nothing to refund. This page explains how account cancellation and data deletion work.
You can permanently delete your account at any time, for any reason:
๐ง If you cannot access your account and want it deleted, email us at support@nearmeet.app from your registered number. We will delete it within 72 hours.
โ ๏ธ Safety ban records are retained permanently to prevent banned users from re-registering. If your account was suspended or banned for violating Community Rules, that record will not be deleted.
NearMeet may suspend or terminate your account at any time if you violate our Community Rules or Terms of Service. Since NearMeet is free, no refund or compensation is applicable in such cases.
If you believe your account was suspended in error, contact us at support@nearmeet.app with your registered phone number and a brief explanation. We review all appeals within 48 hours.
NearMeet reserves the right to update this policy at any time. Continued use of the platform after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the revised policy.
