✅ We do NOT store your Aadhaar number, full name, or real photo. KYC is processed by our licensed partner (Hyperverge/IDfy). After verification, only your gender, age bracket, and a verification token are saved. All document photos are permanently deleted.

🔞 NearMeet is strictly for users aged 18 and above. We verify age through KYC. If we discover a user is under 18, their account is permanently deleted immediately. Parents who believe their child has registered should contact us immediately at privacy@nearmeet.app
NearMeet does not use advertising cookies or third-party tracking pixels. We use only essential session cookies required for login functionality. NearMeet is completely ad-free — we do not allow advertisers to target users.
We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. We will notify you of significant changes via in-app notification at least 7 days before they take effect. Continued use of NearMeet after the effective date means you accept the updated policy.
